1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by SIDRA CORE SDN BHD ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

SIDRA CORE provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

• Professional website development
• Custom management systems
• Mobile application development (iOS & Android)
• Payment integration services
• Software consultation and maintenance

3. Project Agreement

Each project undertaken by SIDRA CORE will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. These Terms and Conditions supplement any project-specific agreements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before project commencement
• Payment milestones will be clearly defined
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

• Before Project Commencement: Full refund of deposit if the project has not started
• During Development: Partial refund may be provided, minus costs for work already completed
• After Delivery: No refunds will be issued once the project has been delivered and approved by the client
• Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription-based services will be prorated based on unused service period

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom software developed for them. SIDRA CORE retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues even after project completion.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period for bug fixes as specified in individual project agreements. Extended support and maintenance services are available through separate agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

SIDRA CORE's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
